We have tried to make this site as simple to use as possible, but if you do have any questions please send us an email via the 'Contact Us' section. We will reply to your question and use it to build up a library of FAQs in this section so that we have a library of actual issues and answers that users have had problems with.
By large the most encountered problem of not being able to activate an account is that a IP address 'blocker' is being used on your system...you will need to disable this feature to create an account and use quickfireauctions.co.uk...The IP address is used by us to ban users that are non payers ect, your IP address is kept on a secure data base and will NOT be disclosed to a third party for any reason
We at Quickfire Auctions chose to enable a monthly account system instead of a 'live' system as the 'live' system automatically sends a payment demand for site fees each time a sale takes place, which,in our opinion does not seem very user friendly...if you wish to have a live account please contact us,with your user name, and we can change it for you(but PLEASE NO PAYMENTS UNDER £2).....crediting your account is purley optional and is intended for sellers only for paying their site fees, please note you CANNOT use this for paying for won items from other members, use the link provided in your 'won items' section
Payment for your site fees(in UK sterling only) can be made by putting your user name on the reverse of the cheque or postal order and making it out to Richard Rae and posting it to
